Tell us a little — we'll write back with availability and any questions.

We answer in English, Greek, or French. Usually within a few hours.

Two ways to arrive.

01 / By Ferry

From Lavrio

The mainland port of Lavrio is one hour from Athens by taxi or KTEL bus. Ferries run several times daily to Korissia (Kea's port), and the crossing takes about an hour. This is how almost everyone comes.

≈ 60 min crossing
02 / By Road

From Korissia

From the port at Korissia, the studio is a 5-minute drive — turn left towards Otzias, then a straight drive to arrive to Vourkari, where our studio is located.

≈ 2.5 km · 5 min

A few questions we hear often.

How far in advance should I book?

+
In high season (mid-June through August), we suggest at least one week ahead — particularly for massage. Spring, autumn, and winter are usually open with even one day's notice.

I've never done Pilates before. Is that all right?

+
Yes, very much so. Most of our first-time clients have never been on a reformer. We start with a private session so we can introduce the machine properly and understand what your body needs.

Do you work with injuries, pregnancy, or chronic conditions?

+
Yes — please tell us in advance so we can plan well and, if needed, pair you with the right practitioner. Garyfallia is a physical therapist with experience in pre/post-natal care, Parkinson's, multiple-sclerosis and other chronic conditions.

Can I book for a group or retreat?

+
We can host small private groups (4–8 people) for half-day or full-day intensives, usually in May, June, September, and October. Write to us with dates and the shape of what you're hoping for, and we will endeavour to build something around it.

What should I wear and bring?

+
For Pilates: comfortable clothes you can move in, and grip socks (we keep a few spare pairs). For massage: nothing — we provide everything. A swimsuit isn't a bad idea either; there are wonderful beaches a five-minute walk from the studio.

Do you accept cards?

+
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Cash (euro) is also welcome, and appreciated by us and the tax office in roughly equal measure. We don't yet take Apple Pay reliably — the signal up here is occasionally philosophical.
